Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW, Port Hacking Branch will be held in the Club premises at
228-232 Woolooware Rd, Burraneer on Sunday, 25 August 2024 at 9:30am.
NOMINATIONS are now open for Commodore, 2 Director positions, House Committee (5 positions), and Marine Committee (5 positions). Collect nomination forms at reception.
In the case of an election, nominees must submit a brief summary of their qualifications, experience, and a profile picture for display. Ensure you are familiar with the Club’s Constitution, available on the member’s section of the website, and hold a current Director Identification Number (DIN).
VOTING SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, 21st August: 4pm- 6pm
Thursday, 22nd August: 4pm- 6pm
Friday, 23rd August: 4pm- 6pm.
ANNUAL REPORTS:
The AGM Agenda and Annual Financial Report can be downloaded from the member’s portal on the website. Any member wishing to query any specific items from the Annual Report at the AGM is asked to submit their query in writing no later than Wednesday, 21st August.
