Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the
Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW, Port Hacking Branch

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW, Port Hacking Branch will be held in the Club premises at 228-232 Woolooware Rd, Burraneer on Sunday, 28 August 2022 at 9:30am.

Nominations for Rear Commodore, and 2 (two) Director positions are now open. Nomination forms are available for collection at reception. The nomination period will close at 6pm on Sunday, 14 August 2022.

In the event of an election, all nominees for the Board of Directors are expected to provide a brief summary of their qualifications and experience and a suitable profile picture which will be displayed in the Club for the benefit of all voting members.

Anyone considering nomination for the Board should be aware of the Constitution of the Club which is available for download from the member’s section of the website and must hold a current Director Identification Number (DIN).

ELECTIONS

Please be advised that nominations for the Board have now closed and all positions have been elected unopposed. As such, there will be no election this year.

ANNUAL REPORTS

The audited financial report is available for download from the members portal of the website. For anyone wishing to receive a printed copy, please see our friendly team on reception. Any member wishing to query any specific items from the Annual Report at the AGM is asked to submit their query in writing no later than Wednesday 24th August to allow for an adequately researched and accurate response.
