DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW\, Port Hacking Branch will be held in the Club premises at \n228-232 Woolooware Rd\, Burraneer on Sunday\, 25 August 2024 at 9:30am. \nNOMINATIONS are now open for Commodore\, 2 Director positions\, House Committee (5 positions)\, and Marine Committee (5 positions). Collect nomination forms at reception. \nIn the case of an election\, nominees must submit a brief summary of their qualifications\, experience\, and a profile picture for display. Ensure you are familiar with the Club’s Constitution\, available on the member’s section of the website\, and hold a current Director Identification Number (DIN). \nVOTING SCHEDULE:\nWednesday\, 21st August: 4pm- 6pm\nThursday\, 22nd August: 4pm- 6pm\nFriday\, 23rd August: 4pm- 6pm. \nANNUAL REPORTS:\nThe AGM Agenda and Annual Financial Report can be downloaded from the member’s portal on the website. Any member wishing to query any specific items from the Annual Report at the AGM is asked to submit their query in writing no later than Wednesday\, 21st August. \n📢 Members!
